Museum collection description: The museum houses archaeological materials of XII-IX c.c. B.C.: engraved axes, bronze ram, the Gonio Treasury samples – intaglio with Aphrodite and Eros images, I-II c.c. golden engraved phial, golden figurine of discus-thrower, golden pendants with images of Helios and decorative motifs, beads made of various materials, fragments of belts (gold, pasta), brooch, religious bronze sculptures, fragments of trunk decorations with images of oak leaves and acorns; ethnographic, folk and applied art samples, manuscripts, fine art items, rare samples of the nature (25 billion years old fossilized tree).

Working hours: Everyday except Monday, 10.00 – 17.00
Ticket price: Schoolchildren – 0.50 GEL., Students – 1 GEL.,  Adults – 3 GEL. Guided tour – 5 GEL.
Free admission: Children up to age of 6; Georgian and Foreign Museum staff, ICOM members (cardholders with ID), people with disabilities (upon presentation of valid ID), refugees.
